Bamboo Hydraulic Press is used to join bamboo strips, which are four side planned to be glues together to make a complete board, which can be used for floor tiles, boards, panels, door, window, frame or any other furniture usage. Bamboo Hydraulic Press can be hot or cold press depending upon product and cost requirements. It uses hydraulic pressure to press strips, blocks or sheets using glue to form thicker and denser sheets. Platens used for pressing are made from precision sheets and all parts are inspected and complete trials are taken before dispatch. Bamboo Hydraulic Press with platen size 2500 x 1300 mm, 2400 x 1250 mm, 1900 x1400 mm, 1200 x 600 mm and any other specific size can be provided. The opening between cylinders can be customized as per customer requirements. Bamboo strips when applied with glue and pressed at high pressure and temperature they take up the size similar to the form in which the pressure is applied. Layers of these strips/sheets too can be joined and can be used domestically and commercially. This forms the laminated boards/bamboo/wooden boards.
